the typhoon has passed

morning

rain
got up

I walked along the river to the estuary

rainwater had accumulated on the sidewalk next to the large hospital

birds were playing at the waterside of the estuary

the school of fish was swimming in the water

there was a man feeding stray cats
the man was surrounded by stray cats

I gave a bow
the man bowed his head

I didn’t need words

whitebait fishing boats were fighting ahead of the ocean

Mud adheres to my shoes *

 
 

大風は
過ぎていった

朝

雨は
あがった

川沿いを河口まで歩いていった

大病院横の歩道には雨水が溜まっていた

河口の
水辺に鳥たちが遊んでいた

水の中を魚の群れは腰をふり泳いでいた

ノラたちに
餌を与えている男がいた

男はノラたちに囲まれていた

会釈した
男は頭を下げた

言葉はいらなかった

沖合の海原をしらす船が先を争い進んでいた

泥が私の靴にくっつく　*
