bulbul and blue rock thrush are different birds

bulbul is a little big bird
with a rattling voice

he sings with red chest

I saw him in a port town
blue rock thrush was flying like a bullet

来ていた

窓の内側の障子を開けると
すぐに

飛び去った

ヒヨドリと
イソヒヨドリは

別の鳥です

ヒヨドリはやや大きな鳥で
ガラガラの声で

鳴いた

イソヒヨドリは春には玉の声で歌う

彼は

首から背中が青く
赤い胸で

鳴く

港町で見かけた
イソヒヨドリは弾丸のように飛んでいた

彼は急いでいるようだった
彼は待っているようでもあった
